1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing alphaaadigital.com or retaining the services of Alphaa Digital, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any portion, please discontinue service engagement.
2. Scope of Services
Alphaa Digital provides digital solutions, including website development, e-commerce engineering, search engine optimization, performance advertising, and strategic business consulting. Company formation and tax filing facilitation is coordinated with licensed independent professionals.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment in full, all proprietary creative deliverables, website code, and customized graphics produced for the client become the client's property. Alphaa Digital retains the right to display non-confidential project deliverables in its portfolio and case studies.
4. Payment Terms & Retainers
Project deliverables typically follow milestone billing (e.g. 50% advance, 50% upon deployment). Ongoing advertising retainers are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend budgets are disbursed directly by the client to Meta and Google platforms.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
